JAH Jewelry is committed to complete customer satisfaction. We take pride in the quality, workmanship of our custom made to order pieces and are confident that you will be completely satisfied. If you decide to return your original purchase made online, for any reason at all, JAH Jewelry will refund your item(s) as long as the package is post marked by the next day (1 day) from you receiving the item(s). No Exchanges are allowed. A Restocking Fee applies to ALL JAH Jewelry pieces, the restocking fee is 35% of the total invoiced amount or the "total" cost of labor and materials for setting, sizing will be deducted from the refund amount.


Freight and labor charges will not be refunded. Labor charges include but are not limited to: setting of a diamond or gemstone, ring sizing or the conversion of earring posts from standard friction backs to screw backs. 1. Please ensure that the contents of the package are in their original condition and secure within the JAH Jewelry box. 2. For security reasons, do not indicate the contents on the exterior of the package. 3. Do not forget to include the diamond certificate, if applicable: a $100 fee applies to any missing diamond certificate. 4. We recommend the package be returned to us by registered mail 'insured' for the amount of the item(s). 5. JAH Jewelry will process your return upon receipt of the package. Returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. 6.  A thorough test will be conducted on the stones and diamonds. Upon receipt, we must confirm that the returned jewelry has not been damaged or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 1 day return period. Failing to deliver the return in the exact manner explained in number 1-6 could result in the consumer forfeiting the return.
